To Be a Seller

• How to be a seller on Tangorium ? /  How to open a store on Tangorium ? 

You need to create a Seller Account at first

1. Click “Sell On Tangorium” at the top of the homepage
2. Click  the sign “ Click here to apply for a seller account”

On this section

1. Enter  Your Official Company information or Brand name, your name, surname and e-mail
2. Choose your Subscription Plan 
3. And submit it.
4. You will receive an activation e mail after submitting.

Activation Your Account

1. Click the link that we send to your e-mail address
2. You will be redirected to Information Section related with your store
3. Fill in the blanks correctly and Create your password
4. Now, you have a seller  account

Control Panel / Dashboard /Administration Panel

• How Can I Enter  the Control Panel of My Store ?

1. Click  “Seller Panel” at the top of the homepage of Tangorium
2. This section is the entrance of your administration panel
3. Enter your e-mail and your password
4. Now, you are in the Administration Panel/ Control Panel / Dashboard

Products

• How to add Products ?

1. Find the Main Products Section on the dashboard
2. Drag the cursor on to the Products Section and hold on it 
3. Click “Products” when the new section appears below
4. You are in the  products section now
5. You will see the sign of + (add product) at the top -right
6. Click   +   to add new product
7. Now, you are in the New Product section 
8. Fill in the blanks according to your product features
9. Click  “create” button at the top -right
10. Now, You created a new product. At the same time, New sections has been appeared in order to fill your product options, features etc
11. After filling your product options, features etc , Click the “Save” button at the top right 
12. Now, You have a product in your store.

•  How Can I Add “Size Option”  into My Product ?

1. Find the Main Products Section on the dashboard
2. Drag the cursor on to the Main Products Section and hold on it 
3. Click “Products” when the new section appears below
4. You will see your products that you created before
5. Click the product that you want to edit and to add Size Option
6. Find the “Options” section on the top and click it
7. You will see  “Create or link an exciting option” in the blank
8. Click the blank 
9. You will see options inside of the blank,  like “shoe size” and “size” etc
10. Choose one of them according to the type of your product and save it

Note: If you want to add the option for the new product, you should click the create button at first.

• How Can I Add  “Feature” into My Product?

1. Find the Main Products Section on the dashboard
2. Drag the cursor on to the Main Products Section and hold on it 
3. Click “Products” when the new section appears below
4. You will see your products that you created before
5. Click the product that you want to edit and to add Feature 
6. Find the “Feature” section on the top -right and click it
7. You can manage  all the  feature of your product, like “color”, “pattern” etc.
8. Don’t forget to save the page at the end

Note: If you want to add the Feature for the new product, you should click the create button at first.

Shipment

• How Can I Organize My Shipment?

1. Find the “Administration Section” at the top - right on the main control panel
2. Shipping & Taxes ------ Shipping Methods
3. Click the “Shipping Methods”
4. Click Add (+) at the top -right,  for a new Shipping Company
5. Enter the name of the company and the weight section (example= 0 kg – 100kg) at the bottom
6. Click “create” button at the top
7. New options will appear on the same page after clicking create button
8. Now, you will see “Shipping Time and Rates”, click this button
9. There is a blank written inside “Type the search”
10. Click “Type the search”, you will see all continents and areas defined by Tangorium
11. You can choose areas one by one or click “add all button” on the right
12. Take the cursor to the right of the Rate Section
13. When you do this, “Add Condition” section appears for each area
14. Click the “Add Condition” button
15. Enter the weight   like ;

from  0 kg to 0,5kg    25$

from 0,5 kg to 1kg     35 $

from 1kg to 1,5 kg      60$

in the blanks of Weight Condition”

1. Enter the price  like (25$ -35 -60)  according to weight that yo entered
2. Enter the Shipping Time as well
3. Do the same all areas you choose
4. Save the page at last.

Payment and Fee 

• How Can I Get My Payment As Seller?

       Tangorium will transfer the Payment to Sellers’ account.

• What is the Rate of Transaction Fee?

The transaction fee is 20 % of  per Total Sale  for all Sellers

• Do I have to Pay for Subscription Fee?

Tangorium provides an opportunity to Sellers by the beginning of January 2022.

If You  open a seller account and add the products by the beginning of January 2022 , 

you won’t be charged any subscription fee lifetime.
