PERLINA CV is a distinctive handmade women’s dance shoe that brings together the timeless character of black satin with white polka dots and the bold intensity of red patent genuine leather. Designed with a closed-back structure, elegant T-strap and open-toe silhouette, this model carries a playful retro spirit while remaining unmistakably refined for Argentine Tango, Latin and Salsa.

Handcrafted in our workshop in Türkiye, PERLINA CV is created for dancers who want more than a classic black dance shoe. The contrast between black, white and vivid red gives the design a strong visual rhythm, making it equally striking at milongas, Latin nights, festivals, performances, weddings and special events.

BLACK POLKA DOT SATIN & RED PATENT GENUINE LEATHER

The main character of PERLINA CV comes from its black satin surface decorated with crisp white polka dots. The pattern continues through the front and closed heel section, creating a recognizable retro-inspired composition from different viewing angles.

Glossy red patent genuine leather is used along the T-strap, ankle fastening and finishing details. Its polished surface frames the softer satin sections and creates a vivid contrast against the black and white pattern.

The result is expressive without losing the refined proportions expected from a professional dance shoe.

CLOSED-BACK CV DESIGN

The CV | Closed Version construction surrounds the rear of the foot with a structured closed heel section, offering a more connected feeling around the heel during dance movements.

Combined with the slender T-strap and adjustable ankle buckle, the construction helps maintain a secure relationship between the foot and shoe during pivots, ochos, turns, walking sequences and directional changes.

The closed-back silhouette also allows the signature polka-dot pattern to continue toward the heel, making PERLINA CV visually distinctive from every angle.

T-STRAP & OPEN-TOE SILHOUETTE

A slim red patent T-strap travels vertically along the foot and connects naturally with the ankle fastening. This detail visually lengthens the foot while contributing to a secure and composed fit.

The open-toe front maintains the classic character of a feminine Tango and Latin dance shoe, while the softly curved forefoot construction allows the black polka-dot satin to remain the visual focus.

PEACOCK & CARACAL CHARACTER

PERLINA CV reflects the two symbolic characters behind GELTONY®.

The rhythmic white polka dots, vivid red accents and changing visual expression under movement evoke the peacock, representing presence, display and captivating visual character.

The caracal is reflected through another side of the design: controlled balance, agility and precise movement. Its character is represented by the secure closed-back construction and the shoe’s dance-focused geometry.

Together, the peacock and caracal transform PERLINA CV into a design where expressive appearance and controlled movement coexist.

11 PONT HEEL | APPROX. 7–8 CM

The version shown in the photographs features our 11 PONT heel, approximately 7–8 cm.

Its lower profile provides a closer relationship with the dance floor and is an excellent choice for dancers who prefer controlled balance and comfortable weight distribution during longer dance sessions.

Different heel heights allow PERLINA CV to be configured according to the dancer’s experience, posture and preferred silhouette.

TOPUK+™ HEEL STABILIZATION SYSTEM

The heel construction is supported by TOPUK+™, developed to contribute to a more controlled relationship between the heel, arch and forefoot.

Together with the closed-back structure, it supports balanced weight transitions during Tango walking, pivots, Latin movements and extended social dancing.

COMFLOW™ | ORTHOPEDIC TOE CUSHIONING

PERLINA CV incorporates COMFLOW™ Orthopedic Toe Cushioning, providing additional cushioning beneath the forefoot where pressure naturally increases while dancing in heels.

This system is particularly valuable during long milongas, Tango classes, Salsa nights, Latin dance sessions, festivals, rehearsals and performances.

SHINELINE™ INNER LINING

The interior is finished with SHINELINE™ premium inner lining, designed to provide comfortable contact with the foot while complementing the handcrafted structure of the shoe.

For dancers who prefer a different internal feel and additional grip, SÜETLINE™ can also be selected as an optional configuration.

RED SUEDE DANCE SOLE

This PERLINA CV configuration features a distinctive red suede dance sole.

The vivid red continues underneath the shoe, creating visual continuity with the red patent leather details while giving the model an unmistakable signature when the foot leaves the floor.

Suede is designed to provide the controlled balance between glide and grip required for Argentine Tango pivots, Salsa turns, Latin figures and directional transitions on suitable indoor dance floors.

Sole Options:

• Suede Sole: Recommended for Tango, Salsa, Bachata, Latin and indoor dance floors.
• Leather Sole: A smooth traditional alternative suitable for dance, stage and selected special-event use.

PERLINA CV can be handcrafted in EU 33–42, including half sizes.

For a more accurate evaluation, customers may provide their foot length and 360° metatarsal circumference measurements after ordering. This allows our workshop to evaluate the actual structure of the foot rather than relying exclusively on conventional numerical sizing.

Every pair is individually produced, allowing several details to be personalized according to the dancer’s preferences.

All GELTONY® models can be produced in the color of your choice.

Depending on the selected configuration, personalization may include color combinations, materials, heel height, sole type, Regular or Wide fit, half sizes and inner lining preferences.

From the placement of the polka-dot satin and glossy red patent genuine leather to the closed heel structure, T-strap construction, heel covering and suede sole, each component is individually assembled with attention to both appearance and dance functionality.

The black and white polka dots give the shoe its rhythm. The red patent leather gives it intensity. The red suede sole completes the composition beneath every step.
